gta 5 nat type glitch patched Grand Theft Auto V’s multiplayer mode, GTA Online, has endured for years despite constant in-game harassment from griefers. Up until now, however, players have been able to escape bad eggs by performing the NAT exploit and hosting their very own public lobby. In essence, these public lobbies would function like private lobbies without the associated limitations of invite-only online play.
Of course, it’s still possible to play solo in a private GTA Online multiplayer lobby. It is no longer possible to play alone in public lobbies, though. After installing the latest Grand Theft Auto 5 patch, users are no longer able to do the NAT type glitch to avoid griefers. At the time of writing, there is no new workaround to avoid grief from random players in GTA V.
Although the GTA NAT glitch was seemingly innocent, it’s possible that exploiting public lobbies was a cause of undue stress to the multiplayer servers. Rockstar likely never intended to host lots of public servers with individual players, so it was perhaps only ever a matter of time until the Grand Theft Auto NAT glitch update.
If your game is constantly crashing post update do the following:
Tell Xbox inside settings to do a complete shutdown
Unplug the power brick from your xbox and wait about 30 seconds
Turn on Xbox
